Katarzyna posiada ponad 20-letnie doświadczenie w doradztwie dla rynku nieruchomości w Polsce i regionie Europy Śr.-Wsch. Przed dołączeniem do ISS przez niemal sześć lat pełniła funkcję New Business i Marketing Coordinator dla Grupy Rynku Nieruchomości EY, gdzie była odpowiedzialna za działania z zakresu rozwoju biznesu, relacji z klientami, marketingu i PR oraz badania rynkowe. Wcześniej pracowała dla REAS (obecnie JLL), Mota Engil Real Estate i AMRON. Jest licencjonowanym pośrednikiem i zarządcą nieruchomości. W 2023 laureatka konkursu Top Woman in Real Estate w kategorii Business Development.

Katarzyna Lubaś is Solution Manager at ISS Facility Services. She is responsible for development of services for the office sector. Katarzyna has over 20 years of experience and wide knowledge of the Polish and CEE real estate markets. For the last six years she have been the Business Development and Marketing Coordinator in the EY Real Estate Advisory Group in Warsaw, actively discovering new opportunities and building brand recognition. Previously she was responsible for new business development, market research, marketing, sales and key client relations in Mota Engil Real Estate, AMRON, REAS (JLL). She is a licensed real estate broker and property manager. In 2023 the winner of the Top Woman in Real Estate in the Business Development category.
